Bio

With two degrees in English, I was definitely unprepared for spending the last decade in the high-tech industry. However, I have been able to learn quickly, and I even spent some time managing control system programmers! In any case, Consumer Electronics is such a fun industry that even a Humanties major can carve out a place. I started out my career as a technical writer and then progressed to a control systems manager, and ended-up the manager of training and documentation. 

I recently landed at Toshiba America Information Systems and I am combining my passions of technology and writing.

What do you love about Consumer Electronics?

I love the challenge of keeping up with the technology and always learning new things.

Why did you join WomenInCE?

I am especially interested in the mentorship program and helping women advance in the CE industry in general.
