Since 1982, she has worked to create a unique design-build acoustical engineering firm, SoundSense, LLC (www.soundsense.com), whereby she combined her experience in acoustical consulting work, research in signal processing, inclusive of active noise cancellation, and patented concepts along with patented and proprietary products and an installation division to guarantee an optimum acoustic environment, or "Paradise Effect".

Jennifer Carey is the Control Systems Manager/Training and Documentation Manager for AUDIOVISIONS, as well as an adjunct faculty member of Santa Ana College. With over six years in the CE industry and a Masters degree in English, Jennifer has transitioned from technical writer, to Control Systems Manager, to a new and exciting role as the Training and Documentation Manager. In addition, she is also a member of the soon to be worldwide WoLF (Womens Leadership Forum) and a ROI for CEDIA. Jennifer will use her experience and industry understanding to help establish the strategic alliances outreach for the Women in CE organization.
Jeannette Howe: Executive Director of Specialty Electronics Nationwide

Jeannette established the CE buying group for specialty home theater and custom installation dealers under the Nationwide Marketing Group umbrella in January 2006. SEN helps dealer members increase profits with group deals, money saving programs and better access to merchandise. Prior to SEN, Ms. Howe was the Director of Member Services for the PARA. There she helped deliver training, strategic planning and financial initiatives to PARA members across North America. In the early 1990s Ms. Howe was the Audio Buyer at Magnolia Hi-Fi, where she managed the $30 million audio category. From 1985-1989 she worked at Tweeter Etc. in a variety of positions including Audio Buyer and Store Manager. At times in her Tweeter career, she was the only woman working in sales and/or management.

Almost 30 years ago, Bonnie Perella was first introduced to the consumer electronics industry as a college student with a summer job working for Adcom, a prominent hardware manufacturer. Since then Bonnie has continued her career as one of the first women to achieve management positions at notable manufacturers such as Boston Acoustics, Panamax and her updated staus at the Milestone Company.
Holly Salk: Sr. Director, Retail Marketing, Sirius XM Radio

For over 17 years Holly Salk has been actively involved in crafting the consumer marketing and advertising programs for subscriber based content companies. First at DIRECTV and currently at SIRIUS XM Satellite Radio as Sr. Director in Aftermarket, Holly's focus is on taking new technologies to market and building relationships with the consumer electronics retail sales channel.
Jamie Riley: Director of Marketing & Public Relations, CEDIA

Jamie has been in the electronic systems integration industry since 2001. She currently is the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for CEDIA, an international trade association with more than 3500 member companies that specialize in designing and installing electronic systems for the home. During her time with CEDIA, Jamie has been instrumental in gaining National TV and print coverage for CEDIA members as well as working with NAPCO to launch a re-branded edition of CEDIA’s biannual magazine, Electronic Lifestyles®. Jamie was recognized as the “Top 40 Under 40” in 2007 by the editors of Dealerscope magazine.
Deb Kassoff: Senior Manager of Member Programs, CEA

Deb has been in the consumer electronics industry since 2000, overseeing programs that increase engagement and participation in the Consumer Electronics Association’s member activities and policy initiatives. In her current role as Senior Manager of Member Programs, Deb manages professional education programs offered through the CEA Small Business Certificate Program and continues to grow the highly successful CEA Mentor Program. She also focuses on involving CEA’s members in the association’s policy campaigns. In 2009 Deb was recognized as the “Top 40 Under 40” by the editors of Dealerscope magazine.
